Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of engineering management experience, including managing managers and mentoring high-performing teams.
  • Proven track record of delivering impactful solutions that solve complex business challenges.
  • Deep technical expertise in emerging technologies, with hands-on experience integrating complex systems.
  • Strong contributor to technical strategy and product direction, balancing innovation and business alignment.
  • Skilled at evaluating technical trade-offs, mitigating risks, and aligning investments with customer needs.
  • High degree of creativity and passion for responsible innovation, with experience driving ethical standards and compliance.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster collaborative team cultures that build and scale high-quality products.
  • Effective communicator and storyteller, able to distill complex topics to align and influence stakeholders.
  • Experienced in recruiting, developing, and promoting emerging talent, with a strong focus on coaching and technical growth.
  • Thrive in dynamic environments, with strong strategic thinking, adaptability, and a bias toward action.
